Theme Park Shuttle
The complimentary Universal Orlando Shuttle operates daily on a first-come, first-served basis, with one morning pick-up time.
The pick-up for Rosen Plaza will be at 8:15 a.m.
Guests must visit the Concierge Desk in the Main Lobby to sign up for the complimentary shuttle service. After signing up, Rosen Plaza associates will direct guests to pick up the UO Shuttle at the same location as Lynx and I-Ride.
Guests departing UO and returning to the hotels are picked up at 5:00 p.m., 6:25 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.
Rosen Plaza guests should be directed to ROUTE D for their return pick-up. Our guests should also be prepared for a slightly longer return trip, as the UO Shuttle will make stops at multiple hotels.
